Even though the legalization of marijuana has yet to be finalized in Canada, we still have plans to ‘celebrate’ this 420. And, thanks to the likes of Rihanna and Miley, who proudly wave their joints without abandon, smoking paraphernalia has gone from a wrinkled packet of Zig-Zags to high-end ashtrays.
