I love the ocean. I love the beach. I love being in the ocean and on the beach. But two years ago, I learned about the damage our sunscreen is causing the coral reefs. It helps that the Sun Shield Stick also goes on clear and doesn’t feel sticky or oily on my skin. The .5oz size makes the stick transportable, and because it’s a solid, I don’t worry about any lotion leaking into my bag.

I was skeptical at first. I’ve never used a solid sun screen before, but I was pleasantly surprised. Unlike most liquid sun screen’s, the stick didn’t run or become streaky when I hit the water. Instead, it moisturized my skin and didn’t come off or streak down my arms. At an under $15 price point, it’s hard to say no to this product. Definitely worth it!
