You don’t become one of the world’s biggest beauty brands for nothing. Estée Lauder has failed to disappoint once again, with their just-in-time-for-summer, Bronze Goddess collection.

We tried the Illuminating Powder Gelée in Heat Wave and were in love. Estée Lauder suggests using the powder as an “all over bronzer”, but we preferred to use it as a summer highlighter. The product adds a soft sheen to the skin and creates a luminous pearl highlight when built upon, making it perfect for summer days and nights. Application was soft and smooth and was easy to blend.

While working our 9-5 here at TS HQ, the illuminating powder had us dreaming of a Tuscan holiday filled with lots of white linen and sun-kissed skin. In reality, we were going from the office to the bar in day-to-night attire. If just the powder had us feeling this way, we can’t imagine what the rest of the collection would do to us.

The whole Bronze Goddess collection includes a shimmering oil spray for body and hair, a cooling body spray, and perfume.
