Labour day has officially come and gone. Summer is coming to an end. But, before we go, let’s discuss some snacks to munch on post sweat sessions.

Greek Yogurt with A Fruit and Nut Mix

Benefits: The fruit and nut mix is a great source of carbs needed for an energy boost. Greek yogurt is full of protein. The combination allows you to feel fuller longer.

Almonds and Walnuts

Benefits: This mixture is an energy booster, packed with good carbs and fats. It’s also a great source of fibre and nutrients such as selenium, Vitamin E, and Omega-3s.

Veggies with Hummus

Benefits: Veggies are loaded with lots of nutrients and vitamins. Hummus offers a good source of protein. Plus, it’s delicious.

A Fruit Smoothie with Matcha Green Tea Powder

Benefits: Adding a teaspoon of matcha green tea powder into a fruit smoothie of your choice, adds antioxidants, which help with detoxification, energy and fat burn.
