What is the one wardrobe item you can’t live without?
My denim jeans, basic t shirts, shoes and handbag collection
What is your biggest fashion regret?
Having a big wardrobe clean out and throwing out a few of my beloved items in the cleaning frenzy. A few Gucci pieces from the Tom Ford era in particular!
What is your favourite outfit you ever wore?
My wedding dress.
What inspires you most when it comes to clothing? Art, music, movies, travel, etc.?
Music ….. can we talk about Beyonce’s fashion explosion in her visual album – I tried on roller skates today and nearly bought them!!! Travel yes…..always love seeing street style around the globe, how people put together the trends and yes movies – have asked mum to pull out her wardrobe from the 70’s so I can channel American Hustle.
What was your first big fashion purchase?
My first handbag at the age of 17 was a Louis Vuitton which I couldn’t afford but bought it anyway.
What’s one thing your mother taught you about dressing that you always keep in mind?
Buy less stuff and invest in ‘Wow’.
What is your fashion motto?
Basics, denim, killer handbag.
What is your style uniform?
Basics, denim, killer handbag, great accessories – don’t over style it. Be comfortable.
What is your #1 style tip?
Get a blow dry every week – it will make you feel like you are done, without having to think about it.
