How to Pack a Purse

It was messier than we thought in here...

What can we possibly get rid of?!

Ok, here is our essentials

Packed!

Written by The Strategy

Purses are a woman’s best friend and worst enemy. They carry everything you need to face the day, but try finding something when you need it and you’ll be there for a while. Since it’s a dilemma that occurs way more often than we would like it to, we have compiled our resources to help you (and us) keep our handbags reasonably clean.

The first thing you need to do is dump everything onto a table/the floor/your bed, whatever is convenient. Dump out your purse, and sort through what you’re dealing with. Organizing things into piles like “garbage,” “receipts,” and “makeup” is a good idea. This way you won’t accidentally lose the lipstick you love, and you can finally collect all those restaurant mint wrappers.

Second, you want to decide what you actually need. Do you need five lip products on you at all times? Nope. Are all three packs of gum essential? Maybe, but you can live off one at a time. Also included in this stage is adding things to your purse that you always forget. Like tissues, for those times when you cant hold back the sneeze any longer. And an umbrella, to finally be prepared for rain instead of running for shelter. And maybe a pack of blotting sheets, because compact powder always finds a way to get on everything else in your bag.

Next is the stage where you re-pack. If you have a small makeup bag, it’s good idea to toss any small things like the pack of gum, blotting sheets and lipstick in there so you don’t lose them in the purse void.

And, voila! You have cleaned, organized and prepared your purse for all your future endeavours.

At least for a couple weeks.
