2021’s Best Dressed List
As we officially bid adieu to 2021, Team TS is taking a look back on our favourite sartorial stars of the year. Our 2021 Best Dressed list is comprised of our top ten style icons who inspired our wardrobes throughout last year and even into this one.
Let’s start with TS Alum Amy Levéfre. Her wardrobe is aspirational and we wish we could pull off half of what she wears. From monochromatic looks to the bold and bright, Amy seems to have the ability to pull off anything.
Whether she’s rocking the athleisure trend that ruled 2021, or a sultry date night look, Hailey Bieber’s style gave so much in 2021.
We can say with 100% certainty, that if you were to look up the word ‘elegance’ in the dictionary, actress Gemma Chan’s image would be right beside the definition. Her Eternals press circuit wardrobe had us in awe and there is no way we could pick just one look as our favourite.
It may be strong to say we’re obsessed with TS Alum TyLynn Nguyen, but we’re obsessed. All too often we find ourselves turning to her IG page for much needed style inspiration. We loved all that TyLynn wore in 2021 and can’t wait to see what she has in store sartorially for 2022.
Forget Emily in Paris, when it comes to style inspiration and style icons, our favourite North American in Paris is TS Alum Monica Ainley. Her looks are effortless and we constantly turn to them for outfit inspiration.
We are not worthy of the looks that Zendaya and Law Roach gave us in 2021. Each look was more beautiful than the next.
Of course as a member of Hollywood Royalty, Dakota Johnson knows just how to rock a red carpet and stun on the late-night talk show circuit. We live for her off-duty style and she may even have convinced us to get a fringe…maybe.
Another TS Alum who’s style we can’t get enough of? Rabea Schif. Rabea has fun with fashion, and we all could take a page from her book. Her pattern mixing is unparalleled, suiting is her forte, and her co-ords are legendary.
We’ve talked before about how Bettina Looney’s IG page inspires us. Now we want to talk about her style in general. When it comes to clothes, Bettina Looney has no fear – from oversized silhouettes, bold colours or vintage pieces.
Zoe Kravitz
No best dress list in 2021 would be complete without a Zoë Kravitz mention. In 2021 we loved every look she wore, from a party dress at Art Basel, to her casual looks while out and about with boyfriend Channing Tatum. Her Met Gala look? Quite possibly our favourite look from the carpet. And yes, we already know we plan on dressing up as Zoë Kravitz’s Catwoman this Halloween.
