Dear Tropical Print

Dear Tropical Print,

We are writing to express to you our deepest adoration for beauty. The way you perfectly combine leaves and florals with bursts of colour warms our hearts. You allow those of us not on a beach holiday the comfort of being able to experience a beach holiday through our wardrobe. Though you may have been lead down a dark path of dad shirts, but you have risen from your troubling past into a new light. Not since Blue Hawaii have you looked so good, Tropical Print.

We admire how easily you elevate something boring into something beautiful. Trousers were getting tired until you came along to revive them. Maxi dresses have never been the same since you paid a visit. In the best way. What you have done to short shorts is commendable, and what you have done with mirroring is hypnotizing. You truly take prints to the next level. Rich in dark colours, classic in brights, and easy going in washed out pales, you mould to fit any need.

Not only are you doing great work with the palm leaves and various tropical flowers, but we noticed you’ve been throwing some fruits in here and there, too. Taking a little inspiration from D&G with the citrus? We approve. And who would have known how cute pineapples could be?

Sadly, you may not be able to carry into the colder months of the year. Though rest assured, Tropical Print, that at the first sign of warmth you will be factored back into our daily lives and embraced with open arms.

All the best,

The Strategy
