We all want to be the first, and Tala Samman managed to be just that – the first blogger to come out of the UAE that is. The DJ/Founder started her blog back in 2009, and has bragging rights that she was the first to do so in the UAE. Not an easy feat. Not only has she worked with the likes of Net-A-Porter and ASOS, but she’s also had the privilege to interview the likes of Nicole Richie, Michael Kors and Carolina Herrara. This girl is doing things, and we can’t wait to see what she does next.

How do you start your day off?
I always grab a coffee and then head to a work out. I work out five days a week. I don’t really have a set day to day routine. It depends if I’m working with a brand on a project or just catching up on stuff. I try to do as much as I can on my laptop in the morning hours.
What’s going on in the background when you are getting ready?
I have playlists on Apple Music. Depending on my mood, I have different playlists. Music is a big part of my life. It sets your day.
