Jerry Hall is one of the most unsung idols of fashion and style that the world has ever known. Not only did she take the modelling world by storm when she was only sixteen, she was a full out 70’s disco dream girl with just the right amount of bohemian to stand out from the crowd. Sure, there is a lot of really great fashion inspiration coming from the Kates and the occasional Olsen, but for anyone wanting real 1970’s disco/boho style advice, you need not look any further than the one and only Jerry Hall.

In the prime that was the 1970s as a whole, there are numerous muses to look to, but there’s just something about Jerry that stands out. Maybe it was that hair, maybe those killer cheekbones…who knows. Whatever it was, we want some of it. Every satin jumpsuit, every animal print kaftan, every bikini was perfection. Not just anyone got to be a regular at Studio 54. Jerry didn’t just date rockstars, she was one. Thierry Mugler knew it. Bryan Ferry knew it. And Mick Jagger knew it. It’s time everyone else was reminded.
