Leather pants are the new staple Fall/Winter piece that we have discovered we cannot live without. As such, we would like to take this moment to thank our leather pants for all they have done for us.

Leather Pants,

It has been so long since we’ve collaborated on outfits. We went through so much last winter I wasn’t entirely sure you had survived. The amount of times you have provided both warmth and style will always be appreciated. Though you may have been in storage the past several months, it is great to see you again. We know sometimes people pass you off as “leggings,” but we see your true colours. That being said, we do love the fact that you are simultaneously lazy pants and socially acceptable pants. Especially when it’s cold out. Leather Pants, you are the glamorous older cousin of plain black leggings, that sometimes takes a turn into actual trousers. Whatever form you take looks great on you, and usually ends up looking great on us. You make our t-shirts look like a million bucks, and our legs look like the sleek and slender gams they wish they were.

Keep doing you, Leather Pants.
