As someone who wakes up seemly everyday facing the dilemma of “I have nothing to wear,” it comes as no shock when that same issue pops up for New Year’s Eve every year. Obviously there is actually something to wear out of all the clothes at my disposal, but it’s never perfectly planned and settled on by the time the party rolls around.

Indecisiveness may be at fault, but the problem remains: What do I wear?

Here are some of the questions that go through my mind while attempting to figure it out:

“Sequins or no sequins?”

“Do I want to commit to a dress? Jumpsuits are pretty cool, maybe I’ll go with a jumpsuit.”

“How short is too short?”

“What about a skirt? I have so many skirts that deserve a night out.”

“How long do I have to be outside, and what kind of outerwear does that require?”

“Flats? Sandals? Heels? Always heels, right?”

“What if someone else is wearing this?”

“Is there a chance I will cry if someone spills champagne on this?”

“What would Kate Moss wear?”

And those are just a sampling. We know you have similar troubles when it comes to deciding on what to wear for the night of all nights. You know the pain.
