This summer there have been a plethora of styles that none of us would have thought could work so well together. The playful Nineties still held on strong, mixing with classic Seventies boho style that will carry us well into this Fall/Winter season. Athletic wear remained a mainstay in many casual street style looks, working it’s way further into our hearts. Super feminine silhouettes and colours stood along side androgynous cuts and minimalist details. Lace was everywhere, and the only detail to give it a run for it’s money was fringe. Fringe jackets, dresses, sweaters, boots, purses. Whether you loved breezy lines or structured tailoring, cropped halter tops or big boxy jackets, you could find it all.

It was truly a mix and match of style this summer.

The clashes between every element allowed for tons of style discovery and experimentation. For the proactive of the bunch, the minute something caught your eye it was snapped up and worked into your wardrobe. Others were more hesitant at adopting the new seemingly zany pairings that were happening. Sales are wrapping up, so the time to buy that thing you’ve eyeing all season is now.
