1-800-Hotline-Bling: The phrase that seems to be all over Instagram and the Twitterverse. It’s a reference to the time of night when you receive a call from someone looking ‘for a good time’. His phone is the hotline, the bling is the sound his phone makes…Got it Mom and Dad?
