We’ll be the first to say: Pyjama Day was our favourite day of the school year. How luxurious it was to roll out of bed and straight into class without a change. Ok, so we didn’t actually go straight from the sheets to the streets – we did carefully plan out what the cutest pyjamas we were going to be wearing that day. It was a great excuse to be out of our everyday clothes and in something way more comfortable.
As we grew up and out of school, our job at TS has blessed us with working from home. Yes, that does mean we live in a “working from home” wardrobe. Majority of our days are spent in comfortable pants and the pull to never get out of our pyjamas is real. Lucky for us, thanks to Irina Shayk and the stylish attendees of Milan Fashion Week, pyjama dressing is très chic at the moment.
The pyjama dressing trend has been around for a few years now, but with designer like Olivia Von Halle and Morgan Lane on the scene, pyjama’s have become so chic, it’s hard not to wear them out of the bed. Whether you’re just dipping your toe into the pyjama dressing game, or ready to take a full plunge, there are so many options available to you. You can dip with your toe with an Etro Printed Satin Robe worn over your jeans and tee or you can plunge with Prada’s Printed Silk Pyjama Set. Options are endless. Us? We’re starting out with a an Asceno Printed Silk Pyjama Shirt paired with our favourite Acne Studio’s Melk jeans.
