Remember back in June, when Apple promised a release of new emojis come fall? Well, we are just getting settled into November, and we still have yet to be able to express our emotions via small cartoon images. Annoying. 

However, as fashion folk, the basic Emojis that came with our iPhones are way outdated. How do we express our excitement over a new pair of shoes, when the only emoji available to us is a basic red pump? We can’t. That’s the problem. 

But no fear, The Strategy is here! We’ve rounded up some of our favourite extra Emoji apps to tide you over until the new Apple ones are released, and maybe even after that.

Harper’s Bazaar Emojis – Sometimes, I text and need to use a Laura Brown face.  That’s just a fact of my life. 

LOLy – There is something for every and any emotion you may come across. 

emotiKarl – I think their iTunes description says it best: “Karlify your messages”.
