We first fell in love with Olive & June when we visited their Beverly Hills location. The spot is bright, airy, and offers a mani/pedi service unlike any other. Then, they released pedicure proof sandals, followed by beauty teas, followed by nail stickers. We loved them all. Now, Sarah Gibson Tuttle and the Olive & June crew have done it again. This time with their range of nail care products.
The product offering ranges from the wildly popular Poppy tools, that makes painting your dominant hand a breeze, to cuticle serum, nail polish remover, and of course, nail polish itself. The 10 polishes, are 7-free, meaning they are free of dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, or xylene. The brushes allow for an easy streak-free application, and thinly coats your nail which basically means your nails dry fast and get a consistent dose of colour.
Along with the nail polishes, we tried out the above mentioned Cuticle Serum. The serum is designed to revive dry cuticles and instantly refresh the look of your mani. The formula is infused with Cactus Flower that hydrates, softens and helps repair skin. We also tried out the Nail Polish Remover Pot. We’re accustomed to your average drug store nail polish remover, so using this one felt very different. A simple dip of your nail in the sponge-filled pot is the quickest and easiest way to remove polish. The acetone-free formula is gentler to nails and cuticles, something we never really paid much attention to before.
All products are available on Olive & June now. With the team rolling out new products at a fast pace, we can’t wait to see what they roll out with next.
