We love a good Self-Care Sunday, as much as the rest, but we don’t understand why self-care has been regulated to just Sundays. At TS HQ, we’re all about self-care seven days a week.
Yoga, meditation, and a 5 minute facial massage with a Nurse Jamie massage tool are incorporated into our daily routines. To keep our skincare and beauty routine on point, we stick with these items Monday through Sunday.
Daily
Morning must start with an application of Eve Lom’s Radiance Face Oil, followed up with GOOP’s Goopgenes All-In-One Nourishing Face and Eye Creams. Before heading out the door, we apply Bite Beauty’s Agave+ Intensive Vegan Lip Mask. Finally, at the end of a long day, we enjoy Bite Beauty’s Agave+ Nighttime Vegan Lip Therapy.
Every Other Day
To start off every other day, we like to apply Christophe Robin’s Regenerating Hair Serum to our damp or dry hair. We then try to take a bath at least every other evening. In the bath goes a combination of Dr.Teals Epsom salts and Botanica Beauty Bath. Our hair is pushed back with a Slip Glam Band.
Sundays
While our self-care never suffers throughout the week, Sunday is where we truly indulge. An at-home facial is a Sunday must. We like to incorporate Bobbi Brown Soothing Face Cleanser Oil, Tata Harper’s Resurfacing BHA Glow Mask, Peach & Lily’s Glass Skin Refining Serum, and Glossier Soothing Face Mist. Should we notice our pores filling up, A Starface Liftoff Pore Strip saves the day.
