As a female-lead business ourselves, we at The Strategy love to celebrate women in all their glory. We try not to limit it to just one day. Instead, for the last few years, we’ve been turning the focus onto some of our most inspiring female founders and CEOs in our The Future is Female series.

For this International Women’s Day, we’d like to highlight these women once again – women who took a chance and created their own successful  empires. Women whose stories we thoroughly admire.
