A day does not go by without us wishing we could trade places, even for a moment, with Rihanna. She’s created an amazing beauty empire, Fenty Beauty, managed to upstage the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and has Champagne Papi still drooling over her. The woman seems to have a Midas touch, with everything she touches turning to gold. Her last venture: a book, or more specifically, a visual autobiography.
Rihanna by Rihanna graced this world on October 24th. The tome is not the type you throw in your Goyard tote to read on the subway home. It weighs in at a whopping 15 pounds, with 504 pages of more than 1,000 photos of the one and only BadGalRiRi. We don’t know if we were more excited for the never-before-seen photos or the removable poster, 11 special insteps or seven gatefolds.
The $195 book is the perfect gift, sure to be on many loved-ones wish lists for the holidays. Three other editions are available: The Rihanna: Fenty x Phaidon edition, at $230, the Rihanna: Luxury Supreme edition, at $8,375 (although, at the time of publishing this article, this edition was sold out), and the Rihanna: Ultra Luxury Supreme edition that was price upon request, and is alas, also sold out.
Whichever version you decide to bless your life with, they’re all available at therihannabook.com
